Missing errata from the Conjuration Wizard page
On the Conjuration Wizard page:
The object disappears after 1 hour, when you use this feature again, or if it takes any damage.
The Minor Conjuration feature (p.116) received an errata in 2018 that is missing from the wikidot page.
It should now read:
The object disappears after 1 hour, when you use this feature again, or if it takes or deals any damage.
I believe this was added to prevent abuse with Purple Worm poison and similar items.
