DND 5th Edition

Often, spells, magic items, and sometimes monsters (though this wiki doesn't have those) will be from multiple sources, such as Elemental Evil Player's Companion and Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Eberron: Rising From the Last War and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, or Explorer's Guide to Wildemount and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. Should we put multiple sources when applicable?
I personally feel we should for the people that are using only 1 other source besides the PHB, but I don't know if all the alternate sources like Wildemount and Eberron are made obsolete by the sources people are replacing them with.

I would agree that if a page has multiple sources, they should all be listed.
