Divination spell should only be available for Clerics and Warlock shouldn't have Teleportation Circle listed under spells available

These were all added as options in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, so they are correct.

Should we make it clear that some spells are only "options," and not officially originally published? Might be too much work, but people will stop asking about it. (someone messaged me about it and I'm not a mod)

edit: Could just add (optional) after the class name in the spell's page, and should populate accordingly in the spells list pages? Unsure.

If other moderators decide that's an important addendum to those spells, then maybe we could remove them from the class spell lists and put it in the actual class pages as an "optional" rule. However, since Tasha's is an official, published sourcebook and I believe it to be an insignificant issue, I think we're fine with keeping the spells as they are.
